"How much will my 2BHK cost?" is the first question almost everyone asks. The honest answer is that it depends on what you include and the finish you choose. You can still get a clear starting point, and that's what this guide gives you.
In short: at Huda Interior, a 2BHK interior in Noida starts from about ₹2.5 lakh. That covers a modular kitchen, wardrobes and a TV unit in a standard finish. False ceiling, painting, electrical work and furniture are extra. With premium or luxury finishes, our budget calculator estimates about ₹3.4–4.3 lakh and ₹4.4–5.6 lakh respectively. Your exact figure comes after a site visit, because sizes and choices vary from home to home.
What the ₹2.5 lakh starting price covers
| Included in the starting price | Priced separately |
|---|---|
| Modular kitchen | False ceiling and cove lighting |
| Wardrobes | Painting, wallpaper or panelling |
| TV unit | Electrical work: new points, wiring, fixtures |
| Standard finish | Furniture: beds, sofa, dining, study |
The starting price is for a standard finish and typical sizes. Taller or wider wardrobes, a longer kitchen, or extra storage units add to it.
2BHK cost by finish level
These ranges come from the budget calculator on our homepage for a full 2BHK (kitchen, wardrobes and TV unit). They're estimates, not quotes. The real figure varies with the work.
| Finish level | Estimated range |
|---|---|
| Standard | ₹2.5 – 3.2 lakh |
| Premium | ₹3.4 – 4.3 lakh |
| Luxury | ₹4.4 – 5.6 lakh |
The step from standard to premium or luxury is mostly about the shutter finish and hardware. For example: laminate versus acrylic or PU paint, and basic versus more advanced fittings and accessories.
Doing only part of the home
Not everyone does the whole flat at once. The calculator's estimates in a standard finish:
| Scope | Estimated range (standard finish) |
|---|---|
| 2–3 rooms of a 2BHK | ₹1.4 – 1.8 lakh |
| A single room | ₹0.9 – 1.1 lakh |
| Modular kitchen only | from about ₹1.5 lakh |
| One bedroom only | from about ₹1 lakh |
What moves a 2BHK budget up or down
- Wardrobe size. Bigger wardrobes use more material, so a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe costs more than a shorter one.
- Kitchen length and layout. A longer counter, an L-shape instead of a straight run, and tall pantry units all add cabinets.
- Shutter finish. Laminate is usually the most economical. Acrylic and PU paint cost more for a glossier look.
- Board grade. Water-resistant plywood costs more than basic grades, but it belongs where water is. Our plywood guide explains where each grade is worth it.
- Hardware and accessories. Soft-close hinges, drawer channels, pull-outs and corner units add up.
- Extras. False ceiling, painting, lights and furniture are the items that usually turn a ₹2.5 lakh plan into a bigger one, so decide early which you want.
Where to save, and where not to
- Don't cut corners on the kitchen sink base or the hinges and channels. These take the most water and daily wear, and they're the hardest to fix later.
- Mix finishes. Use a premium finish where you see it every day, like the kitchen and living room, and a standard finish inside wardrobes or in a guest room.
- Keep what works. If your flat came with a good granite platform and sink, a semi-modular kitchen can reuse it. See modular vs carpenter-made kitchens.
- Add furniture later. Loose furniture can wait; built-in storage is easier to do in one go.
Noida society costs to plan for
Many Noida and Greater Noida societies ask for a refundable deposit before interior work starts, and they set rules for work hours, lifts and debris. These aren't part of the interior quote, but they affect your plan and your cash flow. Our guide to society permission for interior work covers what to expect.
How you pay
Payments follow the stages of the work: 10% at booking, 40% at production, 40% at installation and 10% on handover.
