Modular Kitchen Cost in Noida (2026 Guide)

A modular kitchen in Noida starts from about ₹1.5 lakh in a standard finish. What changes the price: layout, board grade, shutters, hardware and appliances.

Back to Blog

The kitchen is usually the most expensive single part of a home interior, and also the one that's hardest to change later. This guide gives you a realistic starting point for a modular kitchen in Noida, and shows which choices move the price.

In short: with Huda Interior, a modular kitchen on its own starts from about ₹1.5 lakh in a standard finish. Our budget calculator estimates about ₹2–2.6 lakh for a premium finish and ₹2.6–3.4 lakh for luxury. If you're doing a full 2BHK or 3BHK, the kitchen is already part of our starting prices of about ₹2.5 lakh and ₹3.3 lakh, together with the wardrobes and TV unit. The exact figure depends on your kitchen's size, layout and choices.

Kitchen cost by finish level

From the budget calculator on our homepage, for a modular kitchen only. These are estimates, not quotes.

Finish Estimated range What usually changes
Standard ₹1.5 – 1.9 lakh Laminate shutters, standard hardware
Premium ₹2 – 2.6 lakh Glossier finishes (acrylic, PU), more pull-outs and accessories
Luxury ₹2.6 – 3.4 lakh Top-end finishes, tall units, premium fittings throughout

What changes the price

1. Size and layout

The longer the counter and the more cabinets, the higher the cost. The layout matters as much as the area:

Layout Suits Note
Straight (single wall) Small kitchens and studio flats Fewest cabinets; the simplest option
Parallel (galley) Narrow kitchens with walls on both sides Lots of storage; leave enough space between the two counters
L-shaped Most 2BHK and 3BHK flat kitchens Needs a corner unit to use the corner well
U-shaped Larger kitchens The most storage, and the most cabinets

2. Board grade

The cabinet boxes (the carcass) should resist moisture. Use at least BWR plywood for the cabinets, and BWP for the sink base. Water-resistant grades cost more than basic ones, but they belong in a kitchen. Our MR vs BWR vs BWP plywood guide explains the grades.

3. Shutter finish

Laminate is usually the most economical. Acrylic and PU paint cost more for a glossier, seamless look. Pick for how you cook and clean, not only for the showroom sample.

4. Hardware and accessories

Soft-close hinges and drawer channels, cutlery trays, pull-out baskets, corner carousels and tall pantry units all add to the cost. They also take the most daily wear, so ask for the brand and model in writing.

5. Countertop and backsplash

Keeping your existing granite platform can save the cost of a new countertop. That's the semi-modular approach, explained in our modular vs carpenter-made kitchen guide. Replacing it adds the stone, the cutting and the fitting.

6. Appliances and services

The chimney, hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, sink and taps may or may not be included. Moving plumbing or electrical points adds work too. Ask exactly what your quote covers.

Where to spend, and where to save

  • Spend on: the sink base grade, hinges and drawer channels, and edge sealing. These decide how long the kitchen lasts.
  • Save on: shutter finishes inside tall units or wall cabinets you rarely see, and accessories you won't use.
  • Plan once: chimney ducting, plug points and lighting are far easier to get right before the cabinets go in.

Questions to ask before you sign

  • What layout and how many running feet of cabinets does the quote cover?
  • What board grade, thickness and standard is used for each part?
  • Which hardware brand and models are included?
  • Is the countertop, sink, chimney or hob included?
  • Are plumbing and electrical changes included?
